Minnesota Real Estate Exchangors (MREE) provides a creative marketplace for tax deferred exchanges and other methods of solving real estate problems while serving the client first. We provide ways for ownership to change hands by whatever method best suits the client's needs. We teach new formulas and techniques in order to get lower costs, more useful education, to build your own estate, and to work together for the common client goals. We have no ties to any particular brokerage company, only its members and their clients.

Methods can vary but generally include:

1. Multiple Matrices which provide "takers" for the properties offered.

2. Have-Want sessions with discussions about each.

3. Country Store listings.

4. Counseling Sessions with presentation of product and client details.
